Knollcrest Lodge maintains a strong interest in Housing initiatives for Seniors in Perth County.

PERTH MEADOWS Apartments & Townhouse Development:  The Apartment project is currently under construction and will have occupancy in July of 2010.  These apartments are for sale now.  You can select your apartment in advance. 

Knollcrest has been heavily involved in the development of 36 seniors apartments and a number of townhomes in a non-profit development called Perth Meadows located south side of Listowel in North Perth.  Two Knollcrest representatives remain on the Board of Directors, and Knollcrest holds the Management contract for the site.  Further plans, include Long-Term Care beds for the Perth Meadows campus
