Perth East Transportation
Transportation is provided using our Accessible Bus / Van, Volunteers or other providers.  By providing your complete trip details we can determine  the most appropriate service to meet your needs.

Transportation is provided to medical appointments, shopping and to social activities and programs. 

To Book a Trip:  24 hours notice is required to schedule all trips.  Trips may be booked Monday to Friday between 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. Occasionally last minute trips can be accommodated.  Trip costs will be determined when scheduling.  All stops MUST be pre-arranged through the Outreach office.

Cancellations:  To cancel a ride, please call our office as soon as possible.  If you miss the bus at your appointment time you will be billed.

Payment Options: monthly billing, direct payment to the driver, or by gift card

Weather Watch:   Trips may be cancelled due to bad weather.  Please call to confirm your ride if the weather is deteriorating.

Accessible Bus / Van Transportation:
Service Hours:  Monday to Friday -  8:30 am - 4:00 pm  
Bus bookings are available for both individuals and groups.  Our mobility bus has a maximum capacity of 16 passengers, with 2-4 wheelchair spots and 8-14 ambulatory.
Our new Household rate is a great deal for local trips when 2 or more peolpe are going from and to the same destination.  Group rates are:  $0.82/ km, $20.00/ hour standby.  Be sure to ask costing details when you book your trip.

Volunteer Transportation:
Community Outreach also provides volunteer drivers for clients who require assistance when going to medical appointments or for shopping or errands.
The cost for this service is based on a rate of per km plus other expenses such as parking. Ask for estimate costs when you book your trip.

Alternate Providers:
Alternate transportation providers are scheduled on occasion, to assist with meeting the needs of our clients.
